 Michael Buckman has created a revolutionary helmet, called the Fume Fighter, for metalworkers to wear while working.  The helmet protects the workers from noxious fumes that can cause health problems.

Smart Ball

During the 2013 invention awards, an award was giving to Francisco Aguilar of  Cambridge, Massachusetts for introducing us to the "Smart Ball". This device is use to help explore hard to reach places. Aguilar decided to invent this magnificent ball when he heard about the disastrous earthquake in Haiti and how search and rescue teams were having trouble locating survivors.
